For my family members who find it difficult to eat breakfast, I’ve decided to substitute breakfast with a wholesome whole grain powder (Misutgaru) shake. Simply blending or shaking it with milk, fruits, and honey makes preparing breakfast so much quicker. It’s also gentle on their stomachs, making it an unbeatable breakfast option.   • 2 heaping tablespoons of whole grain powder or Misutgaru
  • 1 cup (200ml) of milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons of strawberry preserves (fresh strawberries + honey) or fresh strawberries

For the simplest method, combine the whole grain powder and milk in a tumbler, add honey, and shake vigorously. This creates a delicious Misutgaru shake and is a great tip for busy mornings when using a blender feels like too much effort.

Alternatively, instead of just honey, you can use sweet strawberry preserves or blend fresh strawberries with a little honey. This adds a richer flavor and aroma. Using seasonal fruits allows you to enjoy a different shake each season.

Pour the milk into your blender cup first, then add the whole grain powder (Misutgaru) and the prepared strawberry preserves (or fresh fruit). Adding the ingredients in order helps them blend more easily.
