  • Rocquefort lettuce, as needed
  • 7-8 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Cumin powder, as needed
  • 1 bowl of rice

First, dice the onion finely. Having your ingredients prepped makes cooking much smoother.
