Whip up a delicious and spicy-sweet Fire Chicken Fried Rice that everyone from kids to adults will adore, using the ever-popular Fire Chicken instant noodles. After trying various recipes, this one turned out so incredibly tasty that I just had to share it! It’s also super practical as you can use up any leftover veggies from your fridge!
Main Ingredients
- 2 packs Fire Chicken Stir-fried Noodles
- 4-5 slices Bacon (or 1 small can Spam/Ricem)
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Green Onion
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
Seasoning & Additional Ingredients
- 2 sachets Fire Chicken Stir-fried Noodles Liquid Sauce
- 2 sachets Fire Chicken Stir-fried Noodles Seaweed Flakes
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- A little Cooking Oil
- 2-3 bowls Cooked Rice
- 2 sachets Fire Chicken Stir-fried Noodles Liquid Sauce
- 2 sachets Fire Chicken Stir-fried Noodles Seaweed Flakes

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Break the Fire Chicken Stir-fried Noodles into small pieces inside their packaging. Breaking them in the bag prevents sharp edges and allows you to control the size of the noodle pieces easily. Boil plenty of water to cook the 2 packs of noodles as you would normally.
Step 2
While the noodles are boiling, slice the onion and green onion as desired. You can cut them into any shape, but julienning or finely mincing them will make them easier to stir-fry.
Step 3
While the noodles are cooking, heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Add the green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, creating a flavorful green onion oil. Once the aroma is released, add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent.
Step 4
As the onions begin to soften, add the bacon (or Spam/Ricem) and stir-fry together. If you have any leftover vegetables in your fridge (like mushrooms or potatoes), now is the perfect time to add them for a richer fried rice. Continue to sauté until all ingredients are lightly browned.
Step 5
Once the noodles are fully cooked, quickly rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch and drain well. This step helps keep the noodles chewy and prevents them from becoming mushy. Immediately add the rinsed noodles to the pan with the sautéed ingredients.
Step 6
After adding the noodles to the pan, pour in both sachets of the Fire Chicken Stir-fried Noodles’ signature liquid sauce. This spicy sauce is key to the dish’s delicious flavor.
Step 7
Along with the liquid sauce, add 2-3 bowls of cooked rice. Stir-fry everything together over high heat for about 1 minute, ensuring all ingredients are evenly mixed and the rice grains are separated. The goal is to coat everything evenly with the sauce. (Tip: Using leftover cold rice works best for achieving a fluffy texture.)
Step 8
Finally, sprinkle in both sachets of the seaweed flakes and add a tablespoon of sesame oil if you like (sesame oil is optional). For an even richer taste, you can also top it with a fried egg.
