Rich Chocolate Drink Ingredients

  • 50g Dark Chocolate (recommend 90% cacao or higher)
  • 2 Tbsp Erythritol (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 380ml Almond Milk or regular Milk

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

To start crafting your delicious chocolate milk, prepare the finest dark chocolate. Finely chop or break apart 50g of dark chocolate with a cacao content of 90% or higher. Using dark chocolate with a high cacao percentage will add a richer, deeper chocolate flavor to your drink.

Step 1

Step 2

Pour 100ml of almond milk or regular milk over the prepared 50g of dark chocolate. It’s important to pour a sufficient amount of milk first to help the chocolate begin to melt and incorporate smoothly.

Step 2

Step 3

Gently melt the chocolate using your microwave. Place the chocolate and milk mixture in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Keep an eye on it to prevent the chocolate from burning, stirring occasionally if needed.

Step 3

Step 4

Remove the warm chocolate milk mixture from the microwave and stir in your sweetener. Add 2 tablespoons of erythritol, a healthier alternative to sugar. Stir well until the chocolate and sweetener are completely dissolved, creating a smooth liquid base.

Step 4

Step 5

Pour the chocolate base into your serving glass or pitcher. Now, slowly add the remaining 280ml of almond milk or regular milk. Pouring gradually helps to incorporate the warm chocolate base with the cooler milk.

Step 5

Step 6

Finally, stir everything together thoroughly until well combined. Your delicious homemade chocolate milk is ready! For an extra refreshing treat, you can add ice. Alternatively, store it in the refrigerator and enjoy a cool glass whenever the craving strikes.
