  • 90g Milk chocolate
  • Assorted nuts
  • Dried fruits (cranberries, etc.)

Next, prepare a cup or bowl with warm water. Place the piping bags into the warm water and allow the chocolate to melt slowly. Ensure the water isn’t too hot to avoid scorching the chocolate. Melting it gently in a double boiler method will result in a smooth, even consistency.
