Homemade Specialty Buffalo Wings

I absolutely love Buffalo wings, so I decided to make them at home my own way. They turned out incredibly delicious! This recipe is perfect for a snack or a delightful accompaniment to your favorite beverages.
Main Ingredients- 12 chicken drumettes
- 4 Tbsp cooking wine (or soju)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Buffalo Wing Sauce- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Tabasco sauce (or hot sauce)
- 1 tsp oligosaccharide (or corn syrup)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken drumettes thoroughly under cold water. In a bowl, combine the drumettes with 4 tablespoons of cooking wine (or soju), a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Let them marinate for 30 minutes. This step helps to tenderize the chicken and remove any unwanted odors.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated drumettes and pan-fry them until they are golden brown and nicely browned on all sides. Ensure the chicken is cooked through completely. You want a crispy exterior and a juicy interior.

Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat. Once it starts bubbling, taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings according to your preference – you can add more soy sauce for saltiness, sugar for sweetness, or hot sauce for extra spice. Once the flavor is to your liking, add the browned drumettes to the sauce. Reduce the heat to low and let the wings simmer gently in the sauce, stirring occasionally, until they are well coated and the sauce has thickened slightly. Be careful not to let the sauce burn.
