Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly under running water, remove the stems, and place them into a blender.

Step 2
Add cold milk and plum extract to adjust sweetness, if desired, along with the strawberries. For a rich strawberry flavor, using a generous amount of strawberries is recommended.

Step 3
Blend until all ingredients are smooth. If you prefer a slightly chunky texture from the strawberries, you can blend for a shorter time, leaving small pieces intact. This completes your original strawberry milk, made healthily without any additives.

Step 4
Now, let’s make the banana vinegar! Prepare a clean glass jar or storage container. Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2 cm thick), then layer them in the container.

Step 5
Gently warm the vinegar and sugar (or honey) together until the sugar dissolves completely. Carefully pour this mixture over the bananas in the container. Seal the container, let it sit at room temperature for one day, then refrigerate for two weeks. After this process, your delicious banana vinegar will be ready to enjoy. Store it in the refrigerator and use as needed.
