Main Ingredients- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup mixed nuts (toasted)

- 1 bag (100g) mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Start by selecting two perfectly ripe avocados. They should yield slightly to gentle pressure and have a dark green, almost black, skin, indicating they are ready to be enjoyed.

Next, gather your topping ingredients. You’ll need about a cup of mixed nuts for a delightful crunch, a handful of dried cranberries for a touch of tartness, and a 100g bag of mozzarella cheese for that irresistible cheesy finish. Using pre-shredded or thinly sliced mozzarella will give a more aesthetically pleasing result.

To ensure the avocado skin is clean and free from any residue, sprinkle a little baking soda over the avocados and gently rub them. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

Carefully slice each avocado in half lengthwise, making sure to cut through the center where the pit is located.

To easily remove the pit, gently tap the pit with the sharp edge of your knife, twist slightly, and lift upwards. The pit should detach smoothly. Be cautious when handling the knife.

To separate the avocado flesh from the skin, insert a spoon deep into the flesh between the skin and the fruit. Rotate the spoon gently all the way around the inside of the skin.
