Japchae Spring Rolls: A Delicious Transformation
Creative Recipe for Making Crispy Japchae Spring Rolls
Today, we’re giving leftover Japchae a beautiful makeover! This recipe transforms your fridge’s resting Japchae into delightful, crispy spring rolls.
Ingredients- Leftover Japchae, 400g
- Spring Roll Wrappers, 10 sheets
- Egg White (or water) for sealing
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 10 spring roll wrappers and the Japchae. Ensure the Japchae is cooled and ready to use.
Step 2
Place about 40g of Japchae onto one spring roll wrapper. Roll it up tightly, but be careful not to apply too much pressure, which can cause the wrapper to tear like a rag. To seal the end of the roll, brush a little egg white onto the edge. If you prefer not to use egg white, water works just as well to seal the spring roll, so feel free to use water.
Step 3
Lightly oil a frying pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Place the rolled spring rolls in the pan and gently turn them to ensure they become evenly golden brown and crispy all around.
Step 4
Your delicious Japchae spring rolls are complete! Enjoy them while they are warm for the best crispy texture.
