Ingredients- 1 pack Jjapaghetti noodles
- 2 strips thick-cut bacon

Step 1
First, bring a generous amount of water to a rolling boil in a pot. Once boiling, add the Jjapaghetti noodles, dried vegetable mix, and the bacon cut into bite-sized pieces. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and cooked through. Cooking the bacon with the noodles infuses the pasta with its savory flavor.
Step 2
When the noodles are cooked to your liking, it’s time to drain the water. Be sure to leave a little bit of the cooking water behind – about half a cup or 100ml is usually sufficient. This starchy water helps the sauce to adhere better to the noodles. Now, add the included liquid sauce packet to the pot.

Reduce the heat to medium-low or turn it off temporarily. Using chopsticks or a spatula, gently stir and toss the noodles with the sauce until everything is well combined. Make sure the sauce coats the noodles evenly. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens slightly and clings beautifully to the noodles. You’ll start to smell that irresistible Jjapaghetti aroma!
