- 1/4 small cabbage (thinly shredded)

- 4 large lettuce leaves (washed and dried)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the cabbage thoroughly and pat it dry. Then, shred it as thinly as possible. In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, 2 eggs, and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything together with a fork or whisk until well combined and smooth, creating an egg mixture. Be careful not to overmix, so the cabbage stays crisp.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of butter or margarine until melted. Place 2 slices of bread in the pan and toast them until golden brown and slightly crisp on both sides. Adjust the heat to prevent the edges from burning.
Step 3
On one side of the toasted bread, place a lettuce leaf. Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise (or your preferred dressing) over the lettuce according to your taste.
