Ingredients- Cream cheese 200g (at room temperature)
- Sugar 3 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Heavy cream 1.5 cups (approx. 300ml)
- Lotus Biscoff cookies 36 pieces (approx. 3 packs)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Pour 1.5 cups (300ml) of heavy cream into a chilled bowl. Whip it using a hand mixer or whisk until stiff peaks form. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Step 2
In another bowl, soften 200g of room-temperature cream cheese. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix until well combined and the sugar is dissolved, creating a smooth mixture.
Step 3
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Mix carefully to avoid deflating the cream, ensuring a uniform consistency.
Step 4
Layer the bottom of your serving dish or container with Lotus Biscoff cookies. Spread an even layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
