Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine 150ml of milk and 65g of white couverture chocolate. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, just until the chocolate is fully melted. Be careful not to boil; gentle warming is key to a smooth, luscious chocolate base.
Step 2
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 1 Tbsp of strawberry syrup. Mix well until the chocolate milk base transforms into a beautiful pink hue. This addition not only enhances the lovely color but also adds a delicate strawberry aroma and flavor.
Step 3
Fill a clear glass or mug generously with ice cubes. This will keep your mocha refreshingly cold and prevent it from diluting too quickly.
Step 4
Pour the prepared pink chocolate milk mixture over the ice, filling the glass about 80% full. Leave some space at the top for the coffee and whipped cream.
Step 5
In a separate small bowl, dissolve 2 sticks of instant coffee in 50ml of hot water to create a concentrated coffee shot. Carefully pour this strong coffee concentrate over the pink chocolate base. The delightful contrast between the rich chocolate and the slightly bitter coffee is what makes this mocha so special.
Step 6
Finally, top your mocha with a generous swirl of whipped cream or heavy cream. Garnish with charming strawberry blossom chocolates and a sprinkle of festive heart sprinkles. Your romantic White Day Pink Chocolate Cafe Mocha is now complete! Enjoy this delightful homemade treat.
