By soaking oats in yogurt overnight and topping them with your favorite ingredients, you can create a wonderful breakfast or healthy snack, similar to a parfait. Today, we introduce a recipe for Overnight Oats enhanced with the sweetness of mango.
Main Ingredients- 4 Tbsp plain unsweetened yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 dried mango slices, chopped
- 3 Tbsp oats (quick oats or rolled oats)
- 15g granola
- 10g nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc., to your preference)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, place 3 tablespoons of oats into a bowl or jar with some depth. Using quick oats will result in a creamier texture, while rolled oats offer a chewier bite.
Step 2
Pour 2 tablespoons of milk over the oats, just enough to moisten them slightly. This step helps the oats begin to soften.
Step 3
Adding fruit to your overnight oats enhances the flavor beautifully. Today, we’ll add 2 chopped dried mango slices. The sweetness of the mango pairs wonderfully with the oats.

Now it’s time for the star ingredient: yogurt. Generously add 4 tablespoons of unsweetened plain yogurt or thick Greek yogurt. The choice of yogurt will affect the final taste and consistency.
