Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, crack 5 eggs into a bowl and whisk them well. For each egg, add 70-80ml of water, so for 5 eggs, you’ll need a total of 400ml of water to create your egg mixture. Whisk gently to avoid creating too much foam.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped green onion and 3 pinches of salt to the egg mixture. Stir again until well combined. The fragrant green onion and the salt will enhance the savory flavor.
Step 3
Pour the prepared egg mixture into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap.
