  • 1 handful cocktail shrimp (about 50g, peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 king oyster mushroom (about 50g)
  • 20cm green onion, white part (about 20g)
  • 1/4 onion (about 50g)
  • 1/6 carrot (about 20g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bowl warm cooked rice (about 150g)
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Seasoning Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine (mirin)
  • Pinch of black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Finely dice all the vegetables. Chop the onion, carrot, and king oyster mushroom into pieces smaller than 0.5cm, suitable for children. Finely chop the green onion. If using frozen shrimp, thaw them, wash thoroughly, and pat dry. You can cut them into smaller pieces if desired.

Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a preheated pan over low heat. Add the chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant and the oil turns slightly green, creating a delicious green onion oil. Be careful not to burn them.
