Ingredients

  • 4 Morning Buns
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 4 tsp Honey
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp Pizza Cheese

Cooking Instructions

Gently make a cross-shaped cut (+) on the top of each morning bun. Slightly open the cut to prepare for filling. Handle the buns carefully to avoid crumbling.

Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise evenly inside each bun where you made the cut. The creamy mayonnaise will enhance the bun’s flavor.

Next, spread 1 teaspoon of honey evenly over the mayonnaise. The sweetness of the honey will create a fantastic harmony with the savory ham, cheese, and creamy mayo.

Prepare your ham slices. (The original recipe used ‘jambon’, which is similar to bacon but less salty, more savory, and tender. You can substitute with sliced ham or bacon.) Place the prepared ham on top of the fillings inside the bun.
