- 4 Eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 paper cup Milk (approx. 100ml)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your vegetables and bacon. Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper. Tear or slice the oyster and shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces for easier cooking.
Step 2
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Start by sautéing the bacon until it becomes golden brown and renders its fat, which adds great flavor.
Step 3
Once the bacon begins to brown, add the sliced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent. Then, add the mushrooms and bell pepper. Season lightly with salt and pepper as you stir-fry, ensuring the vegetables are evenly seasoned. Cook just until the vegetables soften slightly.
Step 4
Now, let’s make the egg mixture. In a bowl, crack the 4 eggs and pour in 1/2 cup of milk. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to your liking. Whisk gently with a fork until well combined and smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
Step 5
Lightly grease an oven-safe dish with olive oil to prevent sticking. Distribute the sautéed vegetables and bacon evenly into the dish. Sprinkle a generous amount of pizza cheese over the top. Finally, carefully pour the prepared egg mixture over everything.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the top is golden brown. Baking times may vary slightly depending on your oven. Serve immediately while warm for the best taste!
