Main Ingredients- 180g Vienna sausages
- 40g Onion
- 35g Red bell pepper
- 35g Yellow bell pepper
- 0.5 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 0.5 Tbsp Oligodang (corn syrup)
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- A little Scallion (for garnish)
- A little Sesame seeds

First, let’s prepare the vegetables. Dice the onion and red and yellow bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the scallions for garnish.
