It’s especially wonderful when fresh, sweet onions are in season, making this salad incredibly delightful. This recipe is a testament to how simple ingredients can create something so vibrant and good for you.
Fresh Vegetables- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper

Flavorful Dressing- 100ml balsamic vinegar

- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
