Ingredients- Rice powder 15g
- Water 300g (100g for broth, 200g for porridge)
- Beef (lean cut) 25g
- Sweet potato 25g
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, soak the fresh beef in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove any blood. Peel the sweet potato and accurately measure out 25g.
Step 2
Place the prepared sweet potato in a pot and boil until it becomes tender and fluffy. Be careful not to overcook it until mushy.
Step 3
Add the drained beef to a pot with 100g of water. Cook thoroughly until the beef is completely tender. Do not discard the broth created during this process.
Step 4
Combine the cooked sweet potato, beef, and the beef broth in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Ensuring a fine texture is crucial for easy digestion for your baby.
Step 5
In a separate pot or bowl, whisk together the remaining 200g of water and 15g of rice powder until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps. Once the rice powder mixture is ready, add the blended beef and sweet potato mixture. Stir gently with a spatula or whisk. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a creamy soup consistency. Your delicious porridge is now complete.
