Blueberry Tofu Smoothie- Silken Tofu 100g
- Coconut Water 1/2 paper cup (approx. 100ml)
- Frozen Blueberries 1/2 paper cup (approx. 50g)
- Plain Yogurt 1/2 paper cup (approx. 50g)
- Honey, to taste
Mango Tofu Smoothie- Silken Tofu 100g
- Frozen Mango 1/2 paper cup (approx. 50g)
- Coconut Water 1/2 paper cup (approx. 100ml)
- Plain Yogurt 1/2 paper cup (approx. 50g)
- Sweetened Condensed Milk, to taste
Tofu Dip Sauce- Silken Tofu 150g
- Olive Oil 2 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
- Honey 2 Tbsp
- Roasted Peanuts 2 Tbsp
- Sesame Seeds 1/2 Tbsp
- Wholegrain Mustard 1/4 Tbsp
- Salt, to taste
- Silken Tofu 100g
- Frozen Mango 1/2 paper cup (approx. 50g)
- Coconut Water 1/2 paper cup (approx. 100ml)
- Plain Yogurt 1/2 paper cup (approx. 50g)

- Roasted Peanuts 2 Tbsp
- Sesame Seeds 1/2 Tbsp
- Wholegrain Mustard 1/4 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Place the silken tofu you’ll be using in a sieve. Gently pour hot water over it to lightly blanch. This step helps remove any subtle bean-like odor from the tofu and contributes to a smoother texture.
Step 2
Lightly press the blanched tofu with a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture. Ensuring the tofu is not too wet is key for achieving the right consistency for your smoothies and dip.
Step 3
Now, let’s make the Blueberry Tofu Smoothie. In a blender, combine the prepared silken tofu, coconut water, frozen blueberries, plain yogurt, and honey (adjust sweetness to your preference). Blend until smooth and creamy. Your delicious blueberry smoothie is ready!

Next up is the Mango Tofu Smoothie. Add the silken tofu, frozen mango, coconut water, plain yogurt, and sweetened condensed milk (for sweetness, adjust as desired) to the blender. Blend until everything is well combined and has a smooth, luscious texture. Enjoy this tropical delight!

Finally, we’ll prepare the Tofu Dip Sauce. Using an immersion blender makes this very convenient. In a deep container, add the silken tofu, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, wholegrain mustard, and a pinch of salt. Blend with the immersion blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This versatile dip is perfect served with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.
