Pancake Ingredients- Oatmeal 60g
- Milk 180ml
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Butter 10g

In a mixing bowl, combine 60g of oatmeal and 180ml of milk. Microwave on high (600W) for about 2 minutes until the oatmeal is softened and fully absorbed. This step ensures a moist and tender pancake base.

Allow the oatmeal mixture to cool slightly after microwaving. Letting it rest for a few minutes prevents it from becoming too hot to handle and helps achieve the perfect batter consistency.
