  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 Tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 4-5 Slices of Cucumber
  • 2-3 Lettuce Leaves
  • 2 Slices of Cheese
  • 4 Slices of Bread

Dressing Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Mustard

First, prepare the fried eggs for your sandwich. Lightly oil a pan, crack in the eggs, and cook them to your preference. Sunny-side up or over-easy also works wonderfully.

Wash and thoroughly dry the onion, tomato, and cucumber. Slice them thinly so they fit nicely in the sandwich. Remove the pit from the avocado, peel it, and slice it thinly as well. Slicing the avocado immediately after peeling helps prevent browning.

Wash the lettuce leaves and ensure they are completely dry. Tear them into bite-sized pieces. Excess water can make the sandwich soggy, so gently pat them dry with paper towels.
