  • 3 cups kelp stock
  • 3 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 small pumpkin sweet potato
  • 1 handful of chestnuts
  • 1/3 carrot

Seasoning Sauce

  • 1/2 Tbsp red chili flakes
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 handful of chives or green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • A little sesame oil
