Main Ingredients- 1/2 block firm tofu (approx. 150-200g)
- 10 perilla leaves
- 5 imitation crab sticks (or surimi sticks)
- 1 packet enoki mushrooms (small)
- 2 eggs
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thoroughly pat dry half a block of tofu with paper towels. Then, cut it lengthwise into 10 equal pieces, creating thick stick shapes. Lightly sprinkle salt on the cut tofu to season it.

Wash the 10 perilla leaves and pat them dry. Lightly salt each leaf. Trim the root ends of the enoki mushrooms, rinse them briefly under running water, and then divide them into 10 equal portions. Cut the imitation crab sticks into 10 portions similar in length to the enoki mushrooms. Crack the 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them well.

Now, prepare to pan-fry the tofu. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add a generous amount of olive oil.

Place the seasoned tofu pieces in the hot pan. Cook them slowly, turning them until all sides are golden brown and cooked through. Continue to cook until the tofu becomes firm and develops a beautiful golden color.

Using the same method, roll up all the remaining ingredients to create more Perilla Leaf and Tofu Rolls. You should have a total of 10 rolls.
