- Salt 1g
- Sugar 20g
- Egg 12g (room temperature)
- Black sesame seeds 6g

First, sift the 50g of cake flour into a bowl. Add 20g of sugar and 1g of salt. Gently toss the ingredients together with your hands or a whisk until they are lightly combined. Sifting the flour is a great tip for achieving a crispier cookie texture!

Next, add 12g of egg that has been brought to room temperature. Use a spatula to mix the egg into the dry ingredients until the mixture becomes crumbly. This crumbly stage is perfect for incorporating the next ingredients smoothly.
