Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a wide pot or a large frying pan, add 650ml of water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Using enough water is key to ensure both types of noodles cook evenly without becoming too dense.
Step 2
Once the water is boiling vigorously, add one pack of Jjajangmyeon noodles and one pack of Omori Kimchi Stew Ramen noodles. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook until the water level is significantly reduced but still present, approximately 3-4 minutes, allowing the noodles to soften. Stir occasionally to prevent them from sticking together.
Step 3
When the noodles are nearly cooked and the water has reduced to a simmer, turn off the heat. At this stage, add only the powder soup packets from both ramen types and mix them thoroughly. This ensures the flavors meld perfectly before adding any additional ingredients. Mixing the soup bases first helps in adjusting consistency later.
