  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 servings of pasta (spaghetti recommended)
  • 1 cup (approx. 240ml) store-bought tomato sauce
  • 2 sausages, sliced or cut as desired

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Start by preparing your ingredients. Wash and chop the tomatoes into roughly 2cm cubes. Dice the onion similarly. Slice or cut the sausages into your preferred pieces. Select a deep frying pan or a pot for this recipe.

Step 1

Step 2

Add the chopped tomatoes, onion, sausages, and the dry pasta (you can add it whole without breaking) into the single pan. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil evenly over the ingredients. Then, carefully pour in 500ml of water.

Step 3

Place the pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking together, and let it cook for about 8 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente. Check for desired doneness.
