When you’ve run out of side dishes, try making this simple yet delicious stir-fry! Combine king oyster mushrooms, colorful bell peppers, and sweet onions with oyster sauce for a flavorful vegetable dish. It’s a perfect accompaniment to rice!
Main Ingredients- 2 King Oyster Mushrooms
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Onion
Seasoning Ingredients- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Pinch Salt (for seasoning adjustment)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- A little Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, peel the onion and wash it thoroughly under running water. Slice it lengthwise into strips about 5mm thick. This slicing method ensures a good texture when stir-fried.

Next, prepare the red and green bell peppers. Remove the seeds and core, wash them well, and then slice them lengthwise into strips about 5mm thick, similar to the onion. The vibrant colors will enhance the visual appeal of the dish.

Trim off any dirt from the bottom of the king oyster mushrooms and rinse them lightly under running water. Slice them lengthwise into strips approximately 5mm thick. Avoid slicing them too thinly, as they might become mushy when cooked.

Now, let’s get ready to stir-fry. Place a frying pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil to preheat the pan. A properly heated pan is key for effective stir-frying.
