  • 1/2 bunch Fresh Water Dropwort (Mina, approx. 50g)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the fresh water dropwort. Using organic, vibrant water dropwort significantly enhances the dish’s aroma and flavor. Rinse the water dropwort thoroughly under running water and gently pat it dry.

Step 2

Instead of pork belly, we’re using healthy chicken breast for this recipe. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and lightly season with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken breast. Sear the chicken breast until it’s lightly browned on the surface, cooking about 90% through.

Step 3

Once the chicken breast is about 90% cooked, add the prepared water dropwort to the pan. Stir-fry them together quickly. It’s crucial not to overcook the water dropwort, as it can become mushy and lose its fresh aroma. Cook just until it wilts slightly.
