- 70g Unsalted Butter
- Pinch of Salt

- 7 Button Mushrooms

First, heat a thick-bottomed pan over medium-high heat until it is very hot. Once the pan is hot enough, add 70g of butter and let it melt completely until it turns a light golden brown. This step is crucial for infusing the steak with rich buttery flavor.
