Ingredients- 5 Potatoes (medium-sized)
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/3 Carrot
- 1/2 block Pink Sausage (or to taste)
- 3 swirls Cooking Oil (approx. 3 Tbsp)
- 1 tsp Coarse Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- Pinch of Sesame Seeds
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips about 0.5cm thick. Adjust the thickness based on the size of your potatoes.

Rinse the julienned potatoes lightly under cold water to remove excess starch. This step helps prevent the potatoes from sticking together during cooking and results in a cleaner texture.

Drain the rinsed potatoes thoroughly in a colander. You can also pat them dry with paper towels for best results.

While the potatoes are draining, thinly slice the onion and julienne the carrot to a similar thickness as the potatoes. Ensuring the vegetables are cut uniformly will help them cook at the same rate.
