  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 2 containers (160g total) plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 paper cup of ice

First, prepare the key ingredients for your juice: bananas and lemon. Peel the bananas and cut them into bite-sized pieces, which will make them easier to blend. Peel the lemon, remove any seeds, and then also cut it into bite-sized pieces. It’s best to remove the lemon peel as it can impart a bitter taste.
