Main Ingredients- 1 large purple sweet potato
- 2 cups (approx. 400ml) milk
- 2 Tbsp honey (or adjust to your preferred sweetness)

Step 1
First, thoroughly wash the purple sweet potato to remove any dirt. Peel the skin off completely, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place the cut sweet potato in a microwave-safe container and microwave for about 7 minutes, or until tender. (Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave’s power.) Steaming it this way will make it soft and easier to blend later.
Step 2
Transfer the steamed purple sweet potato to a blender. Add 2 cups of milk and 2 tablespoons of honey for sweetness. You can adjust the amount of honey based on the natural sweetness of the sweet potato and your personal preference. Securely close the blender lid and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until all ingredients are smoothly combined into a creamy purple sweet potato milk.
