I wanted to share a simple, healthy, and delicious recipe that kids can enjoy making with safe ingredients certified by HACCP. It’s wonderful that HACCP-certified products are readily available nowadays. I am grateful to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for their efforts in ensuring consumer health and promoting good food.

  • 6 Quatro Cheese Chicken Nuggets

  • 6 pieces Frozen Fried Tofu Pouches (Inari)
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 20g Carrot, finely minced
  • 50g Cabbage, finely minced
  • 5g Olives, for garnish (optional)

Start by gathering your ingredients, ensuring they are safe and HACCP-certified. You can easily find these reliable food products at most convenience stores and supermarkets.

Gently warm the brown rice in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Next, blanch the frozen fried tofu pouches in boiling water for about 1 minute. This step helps to remove excess oil from the tofu, resulting in a cleaner, more delicate flavor.

Prepare the ‘Quatro Cheese Chicken Nuggets.’ These are made with domestic chicken breast, making them a safe and tasty option, especially with their delightful cheese flavor. (Example: ‘Sase’ Quatro Cheese Chicken Nuggets) Place the frozen nuggets directly into an air fryer preheated to 180°C (350°F) and cook for approximately 9 minutes until golden and crispy.
