First, prepare the apple and onion to enhance the curry’s flavor. You’ll need 1 pack of 3-Minute Curry, half an apple, and half an onion.

Peel the apple and onion, remove the core, and finely mince them. Mincing the ingredients finely will help them blend better into the curry and improve the texture.

Now, let’s get to sautéing. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add a little cooking oil. Then, add the finely minced onion and apple.

Sauté the vegetables until the onion becomes translucent and starts to turn slightly brown. This process caramelizes the natural sugars in the onion, deepening its flavor.
