- 200ml milk

First, prepare your star ingredient: the banana! Peel the banana and break it into a few pieces or chop it roughly. This makes it easier for your blender or food processor to handle. For the best flavor and sweetness, use a banana that is nicely ripe – yellow with a few brown spots is ideal, as it will be soft and sweet.

Pour about 200ml of cold milk over the banana pieces in your blender. This is roughly equivalent to one standard cup. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add 1-2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.
