  • 15 Nacho chips (adjust to your preference)

  • 1/2 Bell pepper
  • 70g Ham
  • 4-5 Tbsp Tomato spaghetti sauce
  • 150g Mozzarella cheese

First, let’s prepare the vegetables and ham that will make our nacho pizza flavorful. Peel and wash half an onion, then slice it thinly into long strips. Slicing it this way makes it tender when cooked.

Next, remove the seeds from half a bell pepper, wash it thoroughly under running water, and dice it into approximately 1cm cubes. The crisp texture and fresh aroma of the bell pepper will complement the nacho pizza wonderfully.

Dice the 70g of ham into small, bite-sized pieces, about 1cm cubes, similar to the vegetables. You can substitute ham with bacon or sliced sausage for an even richer flavor. Feel free to use your favorite ingredients!

Now, let’s start making the nacho pizza! Prepare a wide, microwave-safe dish. Arrange the nacho chips in a single layer on the bottom, without overlapping them too much. I used about 15 chips, but you can adjust the quantity based on your dish size. Spread 4-5 tablespoons of tomato spaghetti sauce evenly over the nachos. It’s a good idea to use a generous amount of sauce, as too little can make the pizza dry.

Time to beautifully arrange the prepared vegetables and ham on top of the sauce. Sprinkle the sliced onion, bell pepper, and ham evenly over the nachos, covering the empty spaces. Adding colorful vegetables will make the pizza look even more appetizing.

The grand finale! It’s time to generously add the mozzarella cheese. Cover the toppings completely with 150g of mozzarella cheese. You can adjust the amount of cheese to your liking; if you love cheese, add more for an extra rich flavor!

Now, we’ll cook it deliciously using the microwave. Place the dish in the microwave and cook for about 2 minutes. The cooking time may vary slightly depending on your microwave’s power, so it’s good to check it midway and adjust as needed.

After 2 minutes, voila! Look, the cheese has melted perfectly, enveloping the nachos and toppings in a creamy layer. If the cheese isn’t fully melted, continue microwaving for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until the cheese is nicely melted and the ingredients are heated through. Be careful not to burn it.
