  • Ham (finely diced), to taste
  • King oyster mushrooms (trimmed and shredded), to taste
  • Carrot (finely diced), to taste

First, finely dice the ham and all the prepared vegetables like carrots and onions. Trim the base of the king oyster mushrooms and shred them. (Feel free to use any leftover vegetables you have in your fridge! Experiment with your favorites.)

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little canola oil. Add the diced ham and vegetables and stir-fry. Adding a pinch of salt will help bring out the natural sweetness of the vegetables. (A dash of pepper will further enhance the aroma!)
