Main Ingredients
- Zucchini: 150g (about 1/3 of a medium zucchini)
- Garlic: 4 cloves

Step 1
First, wash the zucchini thoroughly. Then, slice it into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm thick, in a half-moon or fan shape. It’s important to cut them thick enough to retain a pleasant texture, so avoid slicing too thinly.

Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly. The aromatic garlic will add depth to your stir-fry.

Heat 1-2 Tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced zucchini and garlic. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, or until the zucchini becomes slightly translucent and tender. Be careful not to burn the garlic while stir-frying.

Once the zucchini is somewhat cooked and softened, add 2 Tbsp of oyster sauce directly to the pan. Turn the heat up to high and quickly stir-fry everything together until well combined.
