Main Ingredients- 500g Smoked Duck Breast
- 1 bunch Fresh Spinach
- 10 cloves Garlic (sliced or minced)

First, thoroughly wash the spinach under running water multiple times. Make sure to clean the root areas meticulously to remove all dirt, ensuring a delicious taste without any bitterness.

Prepare the garlic by slicing it thinly or mincing it finely. You can use sliced garlic for a milder flavor or minced garlic for a stronger aroma, depending on your preference.
