Beef Bulgogi Marinade

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the bulgogi marinade. In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well. Add your beef and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes. This seasoning will make the beef tender and delicious.

Step 2

Thinly slice the onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn slightly golden brown. Cooking the onions slowly like this enhances their natural sweetness and deepens their flavor. Be careful not to burn them.

Step 3

Now it’s time to cook the marinated bulgogi. Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry, breaking up any clumps. Cook until the beef is no longer pink and has a glossy finish. You’ll love the savory aroma as it cooks!

Step 4

Prepare a bowl for your bibimbap. Arrange your assorted banchan neatly around the sides of the bowl. Colorful arrangement makes the dish look even more appealing. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of corn syrup, and 2 tablespoons of water to create the bibimbap sauce. Fry an egg to your preference and place it in the center to complete your bibimbap!
