  • 2/3 red bell pepper
  • 2/3 yellow bell pepper
  • 2/3 pack of radish sprouts
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 carrot

First, prepare the vegetables. Use a julienne peeler to thinly slice the carrot. Finely julienne the onion and both the red and yellow bell peppers after removing the seeds. Gently rinse the radish sprouts under running water and pat them dry. These prepared vegetables will contribute to the delightful crunch of the radish wraps.

Lay out the pickled radish wrappers one by one on a large plate or cutting board. Arrange a moderate amount of the prepared vegetables on top of each wrapper, ensuring not to overfill. The vibrant colors of the bell peppers, carrot, and white radish sprouts will create a beautiful presentation.
