Main Ingredients- 200ml Plain Yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
- 100ml Fresh Milk
- 1 Ripe Apple
- 1 Tbsp Oligosaccharide or Honey (optional, for sweetness adjustment)

First, pour 200ml of your prepared plain yogurt into a blender or mixer.

Next, add 100ml of fresh milk over the yogurt. You can adjust the amount of milk to achieve your desired consistency.

Wash the apple thoroughly, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes. You can leave the peel on for added nutrients and texture, or peel it if you prefer a smoother consistency.

Add half of the prepared apple (or the whole apple if you prefer a stronger apple flavor) into the blender. Different apple varieties will yield different tastes, so feel free to use your favorite, like Fuji or Gala.

If you prefer a sweeter taste, add 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide or honey. You can adjust the amount of sweetener to your liking.
Step 6
Securely close the blender lid and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the apple is smoothly pureed. It’s important to blend until all ingredients are well combined for a smooth texture.
