Refreshing Green Grape and Smoked Salmon Salad
How to Make a Flavorful Green Grape and Salmon Salad
Inspired by a wonderful salad I had at a restaurant in Bundang, I’ve added smoked salmon to create a delightful version you can easily make at home. Experience the exquisite taste and refreshing burst of flavors. (Photos of the preparation steps have unfortunately been omitted.)
Salad Greens & Toppings- 1/4 head of fresh lettuce
- 1/2 block of smoked salmon (approx. 100-150g)
- 1/4 bunch of plump green grapes
- A handful of tender baby greens
- 10 tablespoons of creamy ricotta cheese (approx. 100g)
Dressing- Sweet pineapple dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Sweet pineapple dressing (store-bought or homemade)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Slice the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm long. Slicing them not too thin will help you fully appreciate the rich flavor of the salmon.
Step 2
Thoroughly wash the lettuce and pat it dry. Tear the lettuce into easy-to-eat pieces by hand rather than cutting with a knife; this helps maintain its freshness for longer.
Step 3
Wash the plump green grapes under running water. Cut them in half. If there are any seeds, remove them. Prepare them for easy eating.
Step 4
Arrange the prepared lettuce attractively on a large salad plate. Drizzle your desired amount of sweet pineapple dressing over the lettuce. Next, scatter the halved green grapes evenly, and artfully arrange the sliced smoked salmon on top.
Step 5
Lightly place the fresh baby greens over the salmon. This adds a vibrant touch of color and texture to the salad.
Step 6
Finally, generously dollop the soft and savory ricotta cheese over the salad to complete this elegant and delicious Green Grape and Smoked Salmon Salad! Serve immediately and enjoy.
