  • 1/2 cup kimchi juice
  • 2 Tbsp salted shrimp, minced
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • Pinch of black pepper

Cooking Instructions

First, bring 2L of anchovy broth to a boil in a pot. While the broth is heating up, chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces, cube the tofu, and thinly slice the green onion.

Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly under running water to remove any impurities and drain them well. This step is crucial for a fresh and clean-tasting soup without any unpleasant bean sprout smell.
