Main Ingredients
- 1 pack Agar-Agar (pre-cut like noodles)
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Hard-boiled Egg (optional)
- Water
- Soybean Water Powder Mix (or homemade soybean water)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the agar-agar under cold water and drain it in a colander. This helps remove any raw taste and ensures a cleaner flavor.
Step 2
Slice the cucumber into thin julienne strips. Thin slices will integrate better with the agar-agar for a pleasant texture.

Prepare half of a hard-boiled egg. If using, cut it in half for a visually appealing garnish. (This is optional, so feel free to omit it.)
