  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Hard-boiled Egg (optional)
  • Water
  • Soybean Water Powder Mix (or homemade soybean water)

Seasoning & Garnish
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the agar-agar under cold water and drain it in a colander. This helps remove any raw taste and ensures a cleaner flavor.

Step 2

Slice the cucumber into thin julienne strips. Thin slices will integrate better with the agar-agar for a pleasant texture.

Step 3

Prepare half of a hard-boiled egg. If using, cut it in half for a visually appealing garnish. (This is optional, so feel free to omit it.)
