Main Ingredients- 1 pack Dolnamul (stonecrop, approx. 200g)
Seasoning- 2 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1.5 Tbsp Rice Vinegar (adjust to taste)
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Maesilcheong (green plum syrup)
- A pinch of minced garlic (about 1/2 tsp)
- A drizzle of sesame oil (about 1 tsp)
- A sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds (for nutty flavor and texture)

Cooking Instructions

In a wide bowl, combine 2 Tbsp Gochujang, 1.5 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp Maesilcheong, and a pinch of minced garlic (about 1/2 tsp). If you prefer a more tart flavor, feel free to add a little more vinegar. Adjust the sweetness and sourness to your liking.
