Delicious Green Plum Ade Made with Yellow Plum Syrup to Relieve Fatigue

Main Ingredients
- 150ml Sparkling Water
- 40ml Yellow Plum Syrup
- 10ml Honey (adjust sweetness to taste)
- 30g Strawberries
- 20g Papaya Melon (or regular Korean melon)
- 20g Apple Mango
- 20g Pear
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Pour 150ml of chilled sparkling water into a wide and beautiful glass or bowl first. Be careful not to let the carbonation escape.
Step 2
Gently pour 40ml of yellow plum syrup over the sparkling water. Allow it to mix naturally. If you’d like to adjust the sweetness, add 10ml of honey. (I personally used Bislsan organic honey, which had a great flavor.) Honey adds sweetness and helps create a smoother texture.
Step 3
Prepare fruits that are not too sour and have a crisp texture. Wash strawberries, papaya melon (or regular Korean melon), apple mango, and pear thoroughly. It’s best to pat them dry after washing.
Step 4
Cut the prepared fruits into bite-sized pieces, or use cute cookie cutters to shape them. Round or star shapes are delightful for children and make the drink look more appealing. Avoid cutting them too small, so you can still enjoy the texture when chewing. Try to cut them into moderate sizes.
Step 5
Float the prepared fruits attractively on top of the green plum ade. Finally, if you have edible flowers, place a few on top for a wonderful cafe-like ambiance. This will make the ade look even more vibrant and suitable for special occasions. It tastes even better when served chilled.
